Text Box: Extra Curricular Programs   Women's Self Defense Classes:    Call to see when classes are running Many women live in fear of assault, as a result, often limit their mobility in an effort to feel safe.  Because a woman can be attacked at any time and in any place, attempting to avoid all dangerous situations is an unrealistic solution.  Learning self defense can be an effective way for you to reduce your fear of assault, heighten your self confidence and strengthen your personal safety.  You will learn how to Act and React through practical self defense maneuvers such as restraint tactics, control & incident assessment, pressure points and various grappling tactics.  This course runs one evening per week for four weeks.   Women's Only (Abs and Body Toning) Classes:    Tuesday and Thursday Time:        10:00–11:00 am Looking for a way to stay active and be in better shape for the summer months or that winter vacation?   Come work out in a fun, encouraging environment that will increase your overall body tone while focusing on the main areas that concern women the most... the abs, arms and gluts!  Classes are available for women only, plus it's perfect timing for when  the kids are in school.   Birthday Parties Here's a unique Birthday Party idea that most kids haven't experienced yet!  Packed with ongoing fun, the kids will enjoy 2 1/2 hours of games, fun self defense moves, Taekwondo instruction, pizza, pop and more!  To book your party today, click here, we'd be happy to hear from you! (Cake to be brought in by the parent if desired)   Pro-D-Days Classes:    February 16th & April 20th '07 Time:        Drop off 8-9am     Pick up   3-4pm Ages:        6-13yrs Pro-D-Day Camps is a day full of Games, Pizza lunch, Taekwondo Instruction and more!  Through fun and the martial arts your children become more fit, focused, self-confident, and develop a more positive attitude than ever!  Some schools have different Pro D Days so if you are interested and your child has one on a different day, let us know and we'll see if we can make it work.    Private Lessons Classes:    Call for next available opening Need a little extra help with technique, poomse memory, preparation for your upcoming test?  Master Chong is available for personal training, offering one on one instruction that will increase your knowledge and abilities in every area you are needing.  Give him a call to set up the next available opening!
